(1) The construction power distribution system should be set up with total distribution box, sub-distribution box and switch box, and be graded in accordance with the order of "total-division-open" to form a "three-level power distribution" mode.
(2) The installation position of each distribution box and switch box of the construction power distribution system should be reasonable. The total distribution box should be as close as possible to the transformer or external power supply, so as to facilitate the introduction of power. Sub-distribution box should be installed in the center of the relative concentration of power equipment or load, to ensure that the three-phase load balance. The position of the switch box should be installed as close as possible to the power equipment under its control depending on the site and working conditions.
(3) Ensure that the three-phase load balance of the temporary power distribution system, the power and lighting of the construction site should form two power circuits, power distribution box and lighting distribution box should be set up separately.
(4) All electrical equipment on the construction site must have their own special switch box.
(5) all levels of distribution box box and internal settings must comply with safety regulations, switching appliances should be marked with the purpose, the box should be unified number. Stop using the distribution box should cut off the power supply, lock the door. Fixed distribution box should be fenced and have rainproof and anti-smash measures.
(6) the difference between the distribution box and distribution cabinet. According to GB/T20641-2006 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment empty shell of the general requirements".
Distribution box is generally used in the family, while the distribution cabinet is mostly used in the centralized power supply, such as industrial power and building power, etc. Distribution box and distribution cabinet are complete sets of equipment, distribution box belongs to the low-voltage complete sets of equipment, and the distribution cabinet has high-voltage and low-voltage.
