Introduction
This product is primarily used for collecting power from string inverters in centralized photovoltaic grid-connected power generation systems. It is connected in series between the string-type grid-connected inverter and the grid-metering cabinet. The product features protections such as input surge protection and overcurrent protection for the system. By reducing the need for long-distance transmission of large cable runs, this product helps users lower costs and improve system efficiency. The product has obtained industry-standard certifications including CCC certification, CE certification, and ISO9001 quality management system certification.
Main features
All components are sourced from well-known domestic and international brands, certified by authoritative institutions, and fully qualified. Exposed live parts inside the enclosure are protected by transparent covers made of flame-retardant, antistatic, and high-temperature-resistant materials. Both incoming and outgoing circuit breakers are installed vertically facing forward and laid flat within the enclosure, with wiring connections precisely matched to avoid miswiring. The main busbars are connected using copper bars, whose surfaces have undergone a tinning process that provides corrosion and oxidation resistance. Each phase conductor is marked with colors commonly used in the industry for clear and conspicuous identification. An optional smart monitoring system is available, providing real-time data on system voltage, main busbar current, switch status, and lightning protection status. This product is suitable for various voltage levels in the industry: 380Vac, 480Vac, and 540Vac. It features a rainproof cover design, making it ideal for outdoor installation.
