YBM22-12/0.4 Outdoor Prefabricated Substation


The YBM22 series prefabricated substations integrate high-voltage switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, and other equipment into a compact, complete distribution unit. They are designed for use in urban high-rise buildings, urban-rural complexes, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines, oilfields, and temporary construction sites—serving as devices for receiving and distributing electrical energy within power distribution systems. This product features strong integration, compact size, a streamlined structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared to conventional civil-engineering substations, a packaged substation of the same capacity typically occupies only 1/10 to 1/5 of the land area required by a conventional substation, significantly reducing design and construction workload as well as capital expenditure. In power distribution systems, these substations can be used in ring network configurations or in dual-power or radial-terminal distribution systems. They represent a new type of complete equipment for both new construction and renovation of substations in urban and rural areas. The YBM22 series prefabricated substations comply with the national standard GB/T17467-1998, "High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations."
