Product Overview
The YB27-12/0.4 prefabricated substation is a domestically produced American-style packaged substation. As an essential power supply unit in cable-based distribution networks, this product is a complete, pre-assembled unit integrating high-voltage control, protection, transformer, and distribution equipment. It is widely used in both urban and rural distribution networks. The product houses high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses immersed in transformer oil, and comes in two structural configurations: either with the high-voltage components housed in the same enclosure as the transformer body or in a separate enclosure. The oil tank features a fully sealed design and is equipped with components such as an oil thermometer, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and drain valve to monitor the transformer’s operating condition.
To better meet the actual requirements of China’s power grid, the company has also introduced a plug-in dry-type fuse. The melting of the fuse element does not affect the performance of the transformer oil. Depending on the complexity of low-voltage feeder requirements, the YBM-12/0.4 model is available in three enclosure types: standard, enhanced, and comprehensive, enabling users and design institutes to make more flexible and cost-effective selections.

◆ Seismic resistance: Horizontal acceleration no greater than 0.4 m/s² 2 The vertical acceleration shall not exceed 0.15 m/s². 2;
◆ Installation tilt angle: <3°;
◆ Installation environment: The surrounding air must not be significantly contaminated by corrosive or flammable gases, and the installation location must be free from severe vibrations.
