Product Overview
The XL-21 low-voltage enclosed power distribution cabinet is suitable for AC voltage systems of 500V and below—three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems—in power generation and industrial & mining enterprises, and is used for power and lighting distribution. This product features flexible distribution schemes, convenient combination options, high practicality, and a novel structural design.
Model and Meaning
Main structural features
◆1. The main electrical performance fully complies with the provisions of IEC60439-1:1992 and GB7251.1-1997.
◆2. The auxiliary circuit features local, remote, and automatic control modes, as well as a function to switch between local and remote control. The contactor can adopt DC holding.
◆3. The main incoming switch features optional instantaneous trip and thermal-magnetic trip protection. To ensure proper coordination with the next-level main switch, the instantaneous protection has been disabled, thereby preventing over-level tripping. The switch also includes automatic reclosing, manual operation, and automatic transfer functions.
◆4. The main switch of the power supply circuit features both instantaneous trip and thermal-magnetic trip protection. If requested by the user, leakage current protection can be additionally installed.
◆5. The motor control circuit features short-circuit instantaneous protection, overload protection, undervoltage release, and phase-loss protection.
◆6. The power receiving circuit is equipped with an ammeter and a voltmeter.
