GCK Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
The GCK motor control center is primarily composed of a combination of modular motor control units and other functional units. These units are installed in a stacked, vertically arranged configuration within a sealed metal enclosure. Horizontal busbars located at the top of the enclosure connect all individual cabinets together, while functional units within the same cabinet are connected in parallel to vertical busbars. The enclosure is divided into four mutually isolated zones: the horizontal busbar zone, the vertical busbar zone, the cable zone, and the equipment installation zone. Each functional unit is housed in its own dedicated small compartment. In the event of an accident involving any one functional unit, other units remain unaffected, thereby preventing the escalation of the incident. This product complies with the JB/T9661-1999 standard. It adopts an IP40 protection rating as specified by IEC 114. When all doors and covers are closed, or when doors are open but the functional units are not in their removed positions, the enclosure achieves the corresponding protection level, thus ensuring personal safety.
